I am Reasonist; there is a reason for evertything. A "miracle" is simply lack of knowledge about something. All miracles have been and will be explained, in time with knowledge. I do things that make sense in general. All things "spiritual" either make sense or not. So, I am spiritual as I use Reason. I am therefore by default an Atheist. Even if there was a God, he sure as heck didn't put together nor inspire ANY book written by men.
Hello? He wouldn't need men to write it for him, nor fight any battles for him, nor kill anyone for him, nor spread his word for him, etc, etc, etc, because if there was a God he could therefore do it himself as easy as he created the Universe, right? I mean, you can't have Him creating planets and stars with one hand in 6 days, and with the other hand needing men to write his laws for him on some papyrus, and needing men to adore him, love him, be obedient to him, let others mess with his "chosen" people to then get them out of Egypt taking many years in the process when he only took 6 days to create an entire universe, that's just one of the many contradictions in this "divine" book. He wouldn't need any of that if he was God. It's kind of embarrassing because it is very stupid to contradict yourself like that. Men created God to explain those things they couldn't understand. God was created out of men's ignorance and fear of the unknown. Out of their deepest desire to feel safe in a World that didn't make sense to him (Ironically, it makes perfect sense without God in the equation). Science is just not fast enough to satisfy men's immediate desire for safety. Especially, when science men were being persecuted by the Church. The Immediate vs delay gratification, fantasy vs reality, fear vs knowledge will always separate the sheep from sheep herders and wolfs. And Scoundrels of the Earth have taken advantage of fearful ignorant fools since men roamed the Earth with Divine books, and snake oil. You don't have to be from any Religion in order to be good person. You just have to be a good person.
